Here at Bertle Fisher I wanted to do something different in the consulting space, and as such Democratise Consulting. We want consulting services to not just been the mainstay of the blue-chip multinationals but accessible to anyone and everyone.

I specialise in helping E-Commerce businesses to establish and grow efficient operations that serve to give their clients the best customer experience possible. While offering traditional services with day rate or project rates we recognise that not every business can afford to have a consultant in their business to oversee large projects all the time. This led us into the offering of 30-minute or 60-minute unblocking or drop-in sessions. These allow for short blocks of time to be set aside, dedicated to focussed work on a specific problem or to help design a project framework. We have also offered these sessions at evening and weekends to give the opportunity

Many of our clients are taking advantage of this to either explore new projects that we can work on with them or to help unblock senior teams when faced with operational issues.
